Survival...

In any school,
In any course,
There exist,
This dreaded force.
Students are stressed,
To their limits,
Just because,
Of those merits.
Education,
Is not like this.
Survival,
Is what it is.
We compete hard,
And sacrificed,
For others,
To do likewise.
Many didn't score;
For some, they did.
Those that did,
They're tasked to lead.
They took the vow,
And made a bow,
But forget how,
They got to now.
Those left behind,
Looked in disgust,
While their leaders,
Destroyed their trust.
Taxes were raised;
Homes were sold.
The profits,
Remains unknown.
The rich, richer;
The poor stay poor.
Education,
Is not a cure.
This cycle starts,
All over again,
But our nation,
Will not sustain.
